The moment I let go

Dear one,

There comes a moment when holding on becomes heavier than letting go.
For me, that moment arrived quietly — no thunder, no collapse — just a deep exhale that reached my soul.

After years of striving to hold everything together, I finally stopped resisting what life had been trying to show me all along:
that peace isn’t found in control,
but in surrender.

It wasn’t the end of something. It was the beginning of everything.
When I let go, I fell straight into Presence.
Into the still, luminous truth of the I AM.

The heart’s greatest act of courage is to open — even after breaking.

Now I know: the moment we release the struggle,
life carries us home.

With Love and Gratitude,
Alexandra 🤍
